Terms of Service

Rankk is a consumer financial technology platform that helps you understand your financial picture, including net worth, assets, liabilities, income, spending, cash flow, investments, crypto, and progress over time. The Services may also help you understand where you stand financially compared with relevant peer groups using ranking and percentile-style insights, and may include AI-assisted finance insights and guidance where available.

Features may vary by platform, user, region, third-party provider availability, and release stage. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

You must be 18 years of age or older and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services or create a Rankk account. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Services are not directed to anyone under 18.

Promotions, giveaways, or sweepstakes offered by Rankk may be subject to separate Official Rules. If applicable, those Official Rules govern the promotion and control over conflicting general Terms with respect to that promotion. Alternative methods of entry, where offered, do not require creating a Rankk product account unless the Official Rules expressly say otherwise.

If you create a Rankk account, you are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Do not share one-time passcodes (OTPs) or other verification codes with anyone.

You are responsible for sign-in methods you choose to use (such as email, phone, or third-party sign-in providers where available). Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may use rankk.me for lawful, personal purposes to learn about Rankk, join early access or the waitlist where offered, and contact us. Joining early access does not guarantee admission, launch timing, features, or pricing. Waitlist position and communications are informational only.

If you use our Contact or Feedback pages, you may need to provide your email address (required), and you may optionally provide a Rankk username, category or type, message, and screenshot. Screenshots are optional. Do not include sensitive information in messages or screenshots unless necessary to explain your issue.

Website early access leads and website contact or feedback submissions are generally separate from Rankk app accounts and in-app profiles unless you create or link an account. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to connect financial accounts, you may do so through Plaid or similar financial account-linking providers. Connected accounts are generally accessed in a read-only manner where applicable. Rankk cannot move money from your connected accounts. We do not store your bank login credentials.

Which institutions and account types you can connect depends on third-party providers and may change over time. Rankk is not responsible for third-party provider outages, errors, delays, incomplete data, or changes in provider availability. You may disconnect linked accounts within the Services where that option is supported.

If you choose to connect crypto wallets or provide wallet or account identifiers, Rankk may display read-only portfolio or balance information where supported. Availability may vary by wallet, network, or provider.

Rankk will never ask for your crypto wallet seed phrase, private key, or recovery phrase. Do not enter or send that information to Rankk. You must not submit seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, or other highly sensitive credentials through the Services.

Rankings, percentiles, comparisons, goals, and similar features are provided for informational purposes only. They may rely on user-provided information, connected account data, profile inputs, and your activity within the Services. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based only on data available at the time they are generated.

If you use AI-assisted features where available, outputs are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You should not rely on rankings, comparisons, or AI outputs as a substitute for your own judgment or professional advice.

Rankk provides tools, information, analytics, comparisons, AI-assisted insights, and educational-style content. Rankk does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or credit advice. Nothing in the Services is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to take any specific financial action.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions. Consult qualified professionals before making major financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.

Rankk is a technology company. Rankk is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, credit bureau, lender, tax adviser, or law firm. Nothing in the Services should be understood as an offer of banking, brokerage, advisory, lending, tax, or legal services unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate written agreement.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date where applicable.
• Keep login credentials and verification codes confidential.
• Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Review connected account data and insights critically before acting on them.
• Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through contact, feedback, or other forms.
• Never provide crypto seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, or bank login credentials to Rankk.

You may not:

• Use the Services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others, or to transmit unlawful content.
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information, including false sign-ups or verification attempts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party services.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security or access controls except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means to abuse, spam, or disrupt the Services.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of Rankk or third parties.

Rankk may offer subscriptions or other paid features now or in the future, where available. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and refund policies (if any) will be presented at the time of purchase or in applicable in-app or website disclosures.

Payments may be processed by third-party app stores or payment providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. Rankk is not responsible for third-party billing errors outside our reasonable control.

The Services rely on third-party providers to operate, including categories such as hosting and infrastructure, database and backend services, financial account-linking and data aggregation (such as Plaid or similar providers when you connect accounts), blockchain data providers, email and messaging providers, payment and subscription infrastructure, and analytics, security, and support tools.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. Rankk is not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked from the Services, or for third-party outages, errors, delays, or data issues.

The Services, including the Rankk name, logos, website, app, designs, text, graphics, software, and other content, are owned by Rankk or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services as intended under these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content or software without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback through the Services (including via our Feedback page), you grant Rankk a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to compensate you. We may implement or decline to implement feedback at our discretion.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. Our Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies on rankk.me. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in those policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DATA, RANKINGS, COMPARISONS, OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rankk from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on rankk.me and update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rankk Labs LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
