The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the 49 United States other than Rhode Island and the District of Columbia. Void in Rhode Island and where otherwise prohibited by law. Eligibility is determined as of the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Rankk Labs LLC; contractors materially involved in administration of the Sweepstakes; agencies and vendors materially involved in administration or winner selection; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and step-relations) and persons living in the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Ordinary Rankk customers are not excluded merely because of an unrelated commercial relationship with Rankk.

The Rankk $5,000 Launch Giveaway begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on June 30, 2027 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's server or other designated official timekeeping system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Inclusive boundaries apply: qualifying completion and Qualified Referral timestamps must be greater than or equal to the start and less than or equal to the end.

Enter through Rankk by submitting a valid email address, verifying that email, completing the required free Rankk consumer waitlist onboarding, and reaching the “You joined the waitlist” confirmation during the Sweepstakes Period. That earns 1 base entry. No purchase is required.

Normal free Rankk signup (Section 5) was available from the start of the Sweepstakes Period and requires no purchase. Separately, you may enter for free without completing Rankk product waitlist onboarding via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) at /giveaway/alternate-entry, which became publicly available beginning August 20, 2026. Provide the requested eligibility information and verify your email during the Sweepstakes Period. By submitting an AMOE entry you agree to these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. Successful verification earns the same one base entry. A person may receive only one base entry total, whether through normal Rankk signup, AMOE, or both. AMOE does not create a Rankk product account.

After you have a base entry, Rankk may provide a personal referral link. A “Qualified Referral” is a new unique eligible person who is properly attributed through your referral link/code, must verify their email, and completes either Rankk consumer waitlist onboarding to the completed waitlist state or a verified eligible AMOE entry attributed to your link, counting only once.

Every 5 Qualified Referrals = 1 bonus entry. Incomplete groups of fewer than 5 do not earn a partial entry. Maximum 20 referral bonus entries per person (only the first 100 Qualified Referrals can increase Sweepstakes entries). Additional lifetime Rankk referrals may exist but do not create more Sweepstakes entries. Self-referrals, clicks alone, and incomplete/unverified entries do not qualify. Qualified Referral status must be achieved during the Sweepstakes Period, based on the qualification timestamp (not click, visit, signup-start, or email-submission date).

Examples: 5 Qualified Referrals = 1 bonus; 10 = 2 bonus; 100 = 20 bonus (maximum).

Rankk provides a personal referral link. Entrants choose whether and how to share it. Rankk does not require entrants to provide friends’ email addresses and does not claim to send referral invitations on your behalf. Share lawfully. Spam, bots, automated posting, deceptive promotion, or violations of applicable platform rules may invalidate affected referrals.

Maximum 1 base entry and maximum 20 referral bonus entries per person — maximum 21 total eligible entries. Duplicate base entries are consolidated rather than multiplying odds.

After the Sweepstakes Period ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries using a cryptographically secure server-side process weighted by each entrant’s eligible entry count. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will occur on or about July 8, 2027, and in all events no later than five (5) Business Days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period. “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Drawing deadline: July 8, 2027.

The potential winner will be contacted using the verified email associated with the entry. The potential winner must respond within 5 calendar days of first notification and may be required to complete reasonable eligibility/identity verification and tax documentation. Failure to respond or establish eligibility allows Sponsor to select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries. A person is a “potential winner” until verification is complete.

1 cash prize of $5,000 USD. Approximate Retail Value: $5,000. Subject to these Official Rules and applicable law, the prize will be awarded to an eligible verified winner. No purchase or payment is required. The prize is not contingent on paid membership, product purchase, or becoming a paid Rankk user. Prize delivery is targeted within 30 days after winner verification via a lawful payment method selected by Sponsor (such as ACH or check). The winner need not pay Sponsor any fee to receive the prize.

The winner is responsible for taxes imposed on the prize. Rankk may require lawful tax documentation from the verified potential winner before payment and will make required tax reporting. Tax information is not collected during ordinary waitlist or AMOE entry.

Prohibited: self-referrals; fictitious identities; duplicate-account manipulation; bots; scripts; automated entries; disposable/fraudulent account farms; referral-attribution tampering; attempts to circumvent entry limits; coordinated false-account creation; interference with operation or security; and other violations of these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify affected entries where it reasonably determines, based on evidence, that rules were violated or entries were produced through fraud or manipulation. Sponsor does not reject entries “for any reason,” and IP address alone is not conclusive of fraud.

If fraud, malware, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, legal/regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity or lawful operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Where reasonably possible after termination, Sponsor will select the winner from eligible non-suspect entries received before the impairment. No material rule change will retroactively reduce legitimate entries merely for Sponsor convenience. Material changes to these Official Rules will be preserved under a new rules version rather than silent alteration of prior published terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation, acceptance or use of the prize, technical failures, third-party systems, or inaccurate entry information you supply, except for claims that cannot lawfully be waived (including certain gross negligence or willful misconduct claims where applicable).

Personal data collected for the Sweepstakes is handled according to Rankk’s Privacy Policy. Administering the Sweepstakes is distinct from Rankk product/waitlist use and from optional marketing communications. Consent to unrelated marketing is not a condition of AMOE entry.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Reddit, or other third-party social networks on which it may be promoted or shared.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws applicable to Rankk Labs LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise, consistent with Rankk’s Terms of Service.
